The Play Fort is unfortunately now cordoned off and out of action!
The Parish Council had been made aware that the walkway platform on one side of the play fort had rotted and collapsed, so for safety reasons this piece of equipment has had to be cordoned off with barrier tape.
The Parish Council has been patching this equipment up for a number of years now but realised earlier this year that it was nearing the end of its useful life. Quotations were already being sought to replace this but the Coronavirus Pandemic has made the process very difficult, as suppliers are just not responding promptly to enquiries. However, rest assured, this piece of equipment will be replaced as soon as possible.
