BK3 Consultation Response Required by 9th Oct…
All residents need to be aware of the pressing need to respond this week to the planning consultation from North Herts Council concerning a Section 73 Application for variation of wording to Conditions 3 & 20 of the Outline Planning Permission already granted for BK3.
Comments need to be submitted by 9th October!
We understand that residents, if they responded to any previous consultation regarding BK3, will have received a letter about this from North Herts Council. Many are unsure on how to respond to this.
I have attached a copy of the letter they will have received, plus a copy of the response being submitted by Barkway Parish Council. Hopefully this will help everyone.
