Catharine Toms is your Parish Clerk and has been clerk to Barkway Parish Council since 2009. She is the Council’s Responsible Financial Officer as well. Catharine also works as a book keeper and is involved with the running of Barkway Village Hall.

She likes walking, particularly with her two dog.
